- You can look up the population of your city at http://factfinder.census.gov/ (listed as "household population" under the Social Characteristics section)
- do a search on the city name at http://maps.google.com and use the "Paste link in IM or Email" feature to grab the URL
- When adding the text of the actual municipal code, please copy and paste all relevant sections including section numbers
