There is nothing listed online about the quantity of animals allowed, but these are the ordinances pertaining to fowl:
SECTION 4605. ANIMALS, BIRDS, AND FOWL.
No person shall keep, maintain, or permit upon any lot or parcel of land under his control any dog, animal, or fowl which by any sound, bark, or cry disturbs the peace or comfort of the neighboring inhabitants or interferes with any person for the reasonable and comfortable enjoyment of life and property. (Added by Ord. 96, adopted 5-26-58; renumbered by Ord. 423, adopted 7-25-72)
SECTION 4257. SANITARY MAINTENANCE OF ANIMALS.
Every person owning or occupying premises where any animal, fowl or bird is kept shall keep the stable, barn, stall, pen, coop, building or place in which said animal is kept in a clean and sanitary condition. (Added by Ord. 806, adopted 11-26-85)
SECTION 4263. NOISY ANIMALS.
It is hereby declared to be a nuisance, and no person shall keep, maintain or permit upon any lot or parcel of land within the city under his or her control, any animal or animals including any fowl or fowls, which by any sound, or cry, shall interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property by an individual.
